Confirmation: Upon successful authorization, you will receive a Nexira Order Summary via email. This serves as your digital receipt. If you do not receive this within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support@nexira.space.

4. Pricing & Tax Compliance

Price Integrity: The price displayed at the moment of checkout is final. Nexira does not apply hidden surcharges, membership fees, or post-purchase price adjustments.
Sales Tax: In accordance with Maryland state law and nexus requirements across the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your delivery address and displayed transparently prior to payment.

5. Fraud Prevention & Order Review

To protect both our brand and our customers, Nexira reserves the right to conduct manual reviews on transactions flagged by our risk-scoring systems.

Verification: We may occasionally reach out to verify billing details if discrepancies are detected.
Cancellations: Orders identified as high-risk or unauthorized will be cancelled and refunded immediately to the original payment method.
