Order Processing & Quality Inspection

Unlike mass-market retailers, Nexira maintains a dedicated quality control protocol for every order.

  • Processing Window: All in-stock items are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • The Nexira Check: This window includes a final steam-press, seam integrity inspection, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure your sleepwear arrives in pristine condition.

  • High-Demand Periods: During seasonal launches, processing may take up to 3 business days. If a delay occurs, our Maryland-based support team will contact you directly via support@nexira.space.

Shipping Timelines & Logistics

We partner with reliable domestic and international carriers (including USPS, FedEx, and DHL) to provide consistent transit times.

Domestic Shipping Rates (USA)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard fee of $8.95 USD applies to orders under $75.00 USD.

Consignment Tracking

Transparency is core to the Nexira experience. You will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility. Tracking data typically synchronizes within 12–24 hours of dispatch.

Logistical Discrepancies & Transit Damage

While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that transit issues can occur.

  • Reporting: If your package arrives compromised or if an item is missing, please notify us at support@nexira.space within 72 hours of the recorded delivery date.

  • Resolution: To expedite a resolution, please include your order number and clear photographs of the external packaging and the affected merchandise.
