Nexira | Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Nexira, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that finding the perfect fit and feel is essential for a restful night. If your loungewear isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been clearly worn or laundered.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nexira.space.

The Nexira Guarantee: For confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping errors, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nexira.space with your order number.

  1. Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Shipping: For standard returns (e.g., fit or preference), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds & Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
